Or does the centre-piece of the Argentinian flag look like an egg being attacked simultaneously by just shy of 40 sperm?

Just a thought.

It’s been 21 years since the Chernobyl disaster. I don’t really have much to say on the matter, but I wanted to share a website with you that I’ve had in my favourites for some time now. Chernobyl has always been a curious interest of mine, the fact that it is unpopulated and virtually untouched since its evacuation on April 27th 1986 is mind-boggling to me. Very eerie. I plan to visit it as soon as I head out travelling after uni.
Anyway. The site that I wanted to share with you perfectly captures the ‘ghost town’. It’s the story told through first-hand photos of then and now, as well as stories of what happened that day. If you’re interested in Chernobyl and what happened that day, it makes for compelling reading: KIDDofSPEED - Ghost Town. Also worth a look is Wikipedia’s entry on the disaster.
